Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients
2 apples, cored and chopped
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
Handful of washed spinach
Thumb-sized piece of ginger, chopped roughly
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tbsp flaxseed, ground*
1 tbsp wheatgrass powder*

* these ingredients can be found in most health stores or online

Serves 2
Per serving: 180 calories, 34g carbs, 2g fat, 5g protein

Method
• Whizz up all the ingredients in a blender.
• Enjoy.
