5g ghee or preferred cooking fat
300g cauliflower
2 medium leeks
100g frozen peas
15 baby plum tomatoes
1-2 green chilies
200ml chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb mix
80g grated cheddar cheese
