  • Q.How many different sessions are there in total in the 12 week transformation programme?

    A.There are a total of 5 blocks:
    Week 1-3 (4 sessions)
    Week 4-5 (4 sessions)
    Week 6 – deload week (4 sessions)
    Week 7-9 (4 sessions)
    Week 10-12 (4 sessions)
    … Giving a total of 20 different sessions.

  • Q.What is the turnaround time on the products?

    A.The 12 Week Transformation Programme takes approximately 4-5 business days to customise.

    If you wish to provide your own photos to swap with ours, the turnaround time will increase by approximately 3 days.

    Turnaround on the bespoke programmes will vary depending on the size of project, however we can give you an ETA when you place your order.

  • Q.What if some of my clients don't use a gym?

    A.In this case we would recommend you go for a Bespoke package, whereby you would supply us with your own Home Workout photos / videos for us to edit.

  • Q.What if some of my clients don't have access to particular gym equipment?

    A.That’s fine, we have included lots of alternative exercise suggestions in the Introduction to Resistance Training guide.

    This is also handy if a client can’t perform a particular exercise due to injury.

  • Q.Can you make changes to the artwork after final approval has been given?

    A.Yes – any time you need any artwork amending just let us know and we will work out a cost.

  • Q.Can you customise the programmes with my own photos?

    A.Yes we can for an additional charge. We will provide an upfront quote before you place your order.
