• Are the recipes free from processed foods?

  It depends on what you class as processed. Some examples of minimally processed foods we use are ground almonds, tinned tomatoes, coconut milk and yoghurt.

• Are the recipes free from Gluten, Wheat, Sugar and Alcohol?

  All recipes are Gluten, Wheat and Alcohol Free. They are also free from refined sugar. In some of the ‘Treat’ recipes we have used a plant based sweetener called stevia or coconut sugar. We do emphasise that these recipes are ‘Treats’ and should be consumed in moderation. If you prefer, we can remove these recipes from your book.

• I'm based outside the UK. Will the recipes work in my country?

  We have a UK, USA and Australian version of the recipe book available. We’ll also adapt the grammar to suit your region.

• Can I add my own recipes?

  Yes – if you are customising the book yourself, then you can add additional recipes of your own. It’s your book so you’re free to adapt it as you wish. We do recommend you add your own recipes in a separate section, as naturally they will have a different photographic style to ours.

• Can i brand up the recipe book to sell to other businesses?

  No, we do not grant permission to sell to other businesses. However, you can sell or share the recipes freely with your clients, prospects and the general public.

• What are your Recommended Resale Prices for the recipe book?

  These are guidelines prices only…

  Hard copy 25 recipe book (printed coil-bound book) £8-15 per book

  Ebook pdf recipe book £7-12 per book

  POPULAR OPTION: Sell as a hard copy and ebook bundle: £18 per bundle

• Are the recipes dairy free?

  Most of our recipes are dairy free. In the majority of recipes where dairy is present, we will also recommend a dairy free substitute. For example dairy free yoghurt, which can be easily obtained in UK supermarkets and increasingly around the world.

• Can I swap any of the recipes with other recipes from your database?

  We can swap 3 recipes free of charge. Any further recipe swaps will incur a fee of £5 per recipe

• Am I given copyright of my book?

  We can not assign you full copyright of your book because if we did we wouldn’t be able to sell the same recipes to any other businesses. Instead we assign you a limited license which means you can sell your recipe book to your clients and / or the general public an unlimited number of times.

• Can I get hard copies of the book printed?

  Yes. If you have customised the ebook yourself, please log into your Canva account and download a high resolution print ready pdf from your Canva account. You will need a Pro account to do this. Any issues, please let us know and we can assist with this!

  If we have customised the book for you and you wish to get hard copies made, please email naomi@fitprorecipes.co.uk and request a print ready pdf of your book. There is no charge for this.
